ReplyDeleteWe've been talking quite a bit recently about what we could do with the abundance of elderberries in the nearby woods. My boyfriend's coworker just mixed up a small amount of elderberry juice, during which he relayed a tale of some religious group making it incorrectly and getting poisoned... His juice turned out gross and he threw it out.
ReplyDeleteSo, I have dreams of successfully doing something with the elderberries around here. It will happen!
Thanks, everyone! Emma, I'm really jealous of your elderflowers and now berries. Sorry I can't help you much there as I don't even know where to find them in my neck of the woods!
