ReplyDeleteOh goodness, what WOULDN'T I bake on a silpat! Cookies tend to go on them most often, but they're also very handy for making low-fat baked falafel and burgers, too. I already have about four, but just love them to pieces, quite literally. 3 out of 4 have big holes in them, so I'd be so happy to be able to replace one...
